1-Year Hardware Warranty

Velocio warrants that its hardware products will be free from manufacturing defects for 365 days beginning on the date of purchase.

Warranty remedy

If Velocio determines that a hardware product has a covered manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Velocio will, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product, or refund the applicable purchase price. There is no charge for the repair, replacement, or refund selected by Velocio as the warranty remedy, subject to applicable law.

How to make a claim

Contact Velocio support with your order information, a description of the problem, and any troubleshooting information available. Velocio may request reasonable troubleshooting steps or inspection of the product before determining whether the issue is covered and which remedy applies.

What this warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect wiring, operation outside published specifications, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or other causes unrelated to manufacturing defects, to the extent permitted by law.

Software and firmware

This is a hardware manufacturing-defect warranty. Software and firmware are not guaranteed to be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions. See our Terms of Service for additional software and application-responsibility terms.

Rights that cannot be waived

This limited warranty does not exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
