30-Day Returns

We want you to feel confident trying Velocio products. For orders with an original merchandise subtotal of $5,000 or less, you may return eligible products for any reason within 30 days after receiving them. There is no restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Eligibility

Our standard 30-day any-reason return policy applies to purchases made directly from Velocio when the original order's merchandise subtotal, after discounts and before taxes and shipping, is $5,000 or less. The 30-day period begins on the date the order is delivered to you.

Orders exceeding $5,000 are not automatically eligible for any-reason returns. Please contact Velocio before ordering if you need special return arrangements for a larger purchase. Any exception must be approved by Velocio in writing.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact Velocio support within 30 days after receiving your order and include your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions for returning the products. Customers pay return shipping. Velocio does not charge a restocking fee on eligible returns.

Refunds

After the returned items arrive and eligibility is confirmed, we will process the applicable refund to the original payment method, subject to applicable law. The time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.

Warranty rights are separate

The $5,000 threshold applies only to our voluntary 30-day any-reason return policy. It does not eliminate rights under our hardware warranty or any rights provided by applicable law.

Purchases from resellers
