30 days to make sure it's right
For orders with an original merchandise subtotal of $5,000 or less, you may return eligible products for any reason within 30 days after receiving them. There is no restocking fee. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Orders over $5,000 are not automatically eligible for any-reason returns. That limit does not remove hardware warranty coverage.

One year against manufacturing defects
Velocio hardware is warranted against manufacturing defects for 365 days beginning on the date of purchase. If a defect is covered, Velocio will repair the product, replace it, or refund the applicable purchase price.
