Rest the top end on the DIN rail
Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.
The TB06CLV-35 Low Voltage Optocouple Terminal Board takes 24 V AC or DC inputs and converts them to DC signals compatible with Ace and Branch PLCs. Each of the six channels is optically isolated, so there is no direct electrical connection between the device originating the signal and your controller.

Each of the six channels is optically isolated, so there is no direct electrical connection between the device originating the signal and your controller.
No direct electrical connection
An interface circuit sits between the screw terminals and the PLC cable. Field voltage drives the input side of an optocoupler, and the PLC reads only the isolated output side, keeping field wiring faults away from your controller.
Terminal assignments
The screw block is arranged as two groups of four. Each group contains three input channels plus the common they reference, reading from the bottom of the board upward.
Included cable
Every terminal module ships with an 18-inch pre-terminated cable. Connect one end to the Ace or Branch IO port and the other to the terminal board—no custom harness required to get from controller to field wiring.
Two-step installation
The integrated clip mounts the board on standard 35 mm DIN rail without tools. If your panel has no rail, the board also bolts down with two #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart.
Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.
Rotate the board flat against the rail and press the lower end until the clip audibly snaps into place.
No DIN rail?
Two mounting holes accept #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart, so the board can be fastened to a subpanel or enclosure wall instead of a rail.
Specifications
The board conditions and isolates incoming field signals, then passes them to the PLC over the included terminal cable. No separate power supply or configuration is required.
