Six independent dry contacts, no shared common.

The TBR06_ISO-35 Relay Terminal Board gives Velocio PLC digital outputs six relay contacts that switch AC or DC power up to 5 amps each. Every relay gets its own isolated contact pair, so each output can serve a circuit at a completely different potential.

  • Relay channels: 6 contacts. R1 through R6, each isolated.
  • Per relay: 5 A max. No shared-common limit.
  • Contact rating: 250 VAC / 30 VDC.
  • Board power: 5–28 VDC. 600 mA at 5 V, 125 mA at 24 V.

TBR06_ISO-35 internal drive circuit showing six relays R1 through R6, each with its own independent pair of contact terminals, plus separate Gnd and 5-28VDC supply terminals

Every channel independent

Each relay brings out its own pair of terminals.

An internal drive circuit closes the relay assigned to each PLC output. Instead of grouping contacts onto shared commons, this board routes both sides of every relay to its own terminals, giving you six electrically separate switches on one module.

  • No shared common: R1 through R6 have no electrical connection to each other.
  • Mixed potentials: each contact can switch a circuit at a different voltage.
  • AC or DC loads: dry relay contacts switch either, up to 250 VAC or 30 VDC.
  • Separate supply terminals: Gnd and 5-28VDC power the relay coils.

Included cable

Plug the included 18" cable from your PLC to the terminal module.

Every terminal module ships with an 18-inch pre-terminated cable. Connect one end to the Ace or Branch IO port and the other to the terminal board—no custom harness required to get from controller to field wiring.

Two-step installation

DIN mount your terminal board.

The integrated clip mounts the board on standard 35 mm DIN rail without tools. If your panel has no rail, the board also bolts down with two #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart.

01

Rest the top end on the DIN rail

Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.

02

Press the bottom end until it snaps

Rotate the board flat against the rail and press the lower end until the clip audibly snaps into place.

No DIN rail?

Bolt the board directly to the panel.

Two mounting holes accept #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart, so the board can be fastened to a subpanel or enclosure wall instead of a rail.

Specifications

Everything from the TBR06_ISO-35 datasheet.

Driving six independent relays takes more coil current than the shared-common board, so plan the supply accordingly. Bring 5.1 to 28 VDC to the Gnd and 5-28VDC terminals in addition to the PLC cable.
