Switch AC or DC loads directly from your PLC.

The TBR06C-35 Relay Terminal Board gives Velocio PLC digital outputs six relay contacts that switch AC or DC power. Each relay handles up to 5 amps, with up to 10 amps total per shared common, and the whole board operates under PLC control.

  • Relay channels: 6 contacts. R1 through R6, two commons.
  • Per relay: 5 A max. 10 A max per common.
  • Contact rating: 250 VAC / 30 VDC.
  • Board power: 5.1–28 VDC external supply, up to 300 mA. This board needs an external supply.

Two groups of three

Six relay contacts sharing two commons.

An internal drive circuit takes the PLC output signals and closes the corresponding relay. The contacts are arranged as two groups: R1 through R3 switch against Com A, and R4 through R6 switch against Com B.

  • AC or DC loads: dry relay contacts switch either, up to 250 VAC or 30 VDC.
  • Two shared commons: Com A serves R1–R3 and Com B serves R4–R6.
  • Separate supply terminals: Gnd and +5VDC power the relay coils.
  • PLC controlled: each contact follows its assigned digital output.

Included cable

Plug the included 18" cable from your PLC to the terminal module.

Every terminal module ships with an 18-inch pre-terminated cable. Connect one end to the Ace or Branch IO port and the other to the terminal board—no custom harness required to get from controller to field wiring.

Two-step installation

DIN mount your terminal board.

The integrated clip mounts the board on standard 35 mm DIN rail without tools. If your panel has no rail, the board also bolts down with two #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart.

01

Rest the top end on the DIN rail

Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.

02

Press the bottom end until it snaps

Rotate the board flat against the rail and press the lower end until the clip audibly snaps into place.

No DIN rail?

Bolt the board directly to the panel.

Two mounting holes accept #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart, so the board can be fastened to a subpanel or enclosure wall instead of a rail.

Specifications

Everything from the TBR06C-35 datasheet.

Unlike the passive and optocoupled input boards, the relay board needs its own supply to drive the coils. Bring 5.1 to 28 VDC to the Gnd and +5VDC terminals in addition to the PLC cable.
