Rest the top end on the DIN rail
Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.
The TBTN06-35L Optocoupled Sinking Transistor Terminal gives Velocio PLC digital outputs six solid-state sinking channels. Each output sinks up to 2 amps with 50 to 80 milliohms of on-resistance, and the optocoupled front end keeps 3750 volts of isolation between the load side and your controller.
Optically isolated sinking outputs
The TBTN06-35L Optocoupled Sinking Transistor Terminal gives Velocio PLC digital outputs six solid-state sinking channels. Each output sinks up to 2 amps with 50 to 80 milliohms of on-resistance, and the optocoupled front end keeps 3750 volts of isolation between the load side and your controller.
Sinking, or low-side, switching
The PLC signals pass through an optocouple circuit to the gate of each output transistor. When a channel turns on, it connects its T terminal to the shared V− rail, so you wire each load between V+ and its T terminal.
Included cable
Every terminal module ships with an 18-inch pre-terminated cable. Connect one end to the Ace or Branch IO port and the other to the terminal board—no custom harness required to get from controller to field wiring.
Two-step installation
The integrated clip mounts the board on standard 35 mm DIN rail without tools. If your panel has no rail, the board also bolts down with two #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart.
Hook the upper lip of the clip over the top edge of the rail and let the board hang at an angle.
Rotate the board flat against the rail and press the lower end until the clip audibly snaps into place.
No DIN rail?
Two mounting holes accept #8 bolts or screws placed 1 inch apart, so the board can be fastened to a subpanel or enclosure wall instead of a rail.
Specifications
The board draws its operating power through the terminal cable, so the only supply you bring to the terminals is the one powering your loads.
